UniCast Sphere - General Information

Engineers is proud to introduce another new pipeline industry product.
Our UniCast Sphere is a one piece, inflatable, seamless meter proving and pipeline
sphere.
Seamless Construction
The seamless exterior of Meter Engineer's UniCast Sphere is molded into one inflatable
continuous shell of polyurethane that prevents splitting and retains its
"Sphericity." While other two-piece meter prover spheres can inflate
into an egg-shape, our one piece construction helps the sphere to maintain
a truer diameter, giving a more accurate measurement.
Two Weights
Our UniCast Sphere comes in two weights, Standard and Heavy. The standard weight
UniCast Sphere is ideal for normal operations while the heavy weight UniCast Sphere
should be utilized in high turbulence applications.
Diameters & Durometers
We manufacture the UniCast Sphere in three durometers and multiple diameters
to fit any application.
50 Series (55 durometer) Yellow
60 Series (65 durometer) Green
70 Series (75 durometer) Red
Low Friction
An Extreme compound impregnated with Teflon to achieve low friction is available
for applications with very little lubricate.
